What you will do
- Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach in IT, Telecommunications, and Construction.
- Conduct daily outbound calls, send proposals, and manage prospect follow-ups.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure customers are set up for success.
- Respond promptly to inbound queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Record communications and analyze customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organizations.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability.
