• Conduct daily outbound calls, send proposals, and manage prospect follow-ups.

• Respond promptly to inbound queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Record communications and analyze customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organizations.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving ability.
