TL;DR

Regional HR Director (HR): Overseeing HR service delivery across a portfolio of PEO/ASO clients with an accent on team leadership, escalation management, and quality assurance. Focus on building a compliant, consistent HR operating model, resolving complex employee relations and compliance issues, and coaching HR Business Partners and HR Consultants to improve client outcomes and reduce risk.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners and HR Consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality client HR service.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations, compliance, and high-risk client situations; stabilize relationships selectively.
  • Establish and run a quality assurance framework (audit protocols, file reviews, service consistency checks) to mitigate risk and improve delivery.
  • Oversee HR onboarding and service transitions for new clients, partnering with implementation teams to ensure readiness before go-live.
  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence using reporting and metrics; standardize HR workflows and documentation.
  • Coordinate across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Operations to translate client/operational challenges into clear internal action plans.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in PEO, ASO, or multi-client service environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR teams (HRBPs, Consultants, or similar roles).
  • Strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, and multi-state employment practices.
  • Experience handling complex client environments and escalated HR issues.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop HR professionals, including experience with HR onboarding/implementations.
