What you will do

• Oversee HR operations including compliance, employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention
• Lead full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and job descriptions
• Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, events, and facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech startup
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Proven recruiting skills for tech talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Proficient with HR software and tools
