What you will do

• Manage and lead all aspects of digital graphic design and digital ad campaigns.
• Oversee the development, design, and content maintenance of all external and internal faculty websites.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and design systems to improve user experience and interface solutions.
• Drive SEO strategies and keyword best practices to increase organic traffic.
• Manage relationships with external creative and digital agencies.
• Establish and promote digital design guidelines and best practices across the faculty.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a large complex organization.
• Expert working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and UX/UI research tools.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, W3C) and cybersecurity best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience assessing and configuring open-source CMS plugins.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of University internal working groups.
