TL;DR

Creative Director (Marketing): Owning company messaging and creative strategy across the entire conversion funnel with an accent on high-ticket direct-response copywriting and brand voice. Focus on optimizing VSLs, landing pages, and ad campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada, UK, Brazil, or Mexico)

Salary: $5,000 – $10,000 per month

What you will do

  • Own messaging strategy and copy architecture across the funnel, from cold traffic to conversion.
  • Write and edit performance copy for paid ads, landing pages, VSL/webinar scripts, and email sequences.
  • Direct and brief copywriters, designers, and video editors to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Develop and maintain the Brand Voice Playbook and messaging guidelines.
  • Partner with Media Buyers to iterate creative based on performance data (CTR, CVR, VSL watch time).
  • Conduct voice-of-customer research to translate insights into high-converting hooks and angles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional direct-response copywriting experience in high-ticket online education or coaching.
  • Proven track record of building $1M+ high-ticket funnels (book-a-call, webinar, VSL).
  • Experience managing creative teams, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to capture, protect, and elevate a founder-led brand voice.
  • Must be based in Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, or Mexico.

Nice to have

  • First-hand experience of long-term marriage dynamics to provide nuance in writing.
