What you will do

• Lead CMF (Color, Material, Finish) technology projects to enable sustainability, inclusivity, and customization.
• Evaluate and validate manufacturing processes, surface finishing techniques, and equipment at early development stages.
• Partner with Product Marketing, ID, and ME to perform CMF engineering design and material qualification.
• Manage molding and CMF-related suppliers to ensure smooth ramp-up and mass production for NPI.
• Support supplier audits for new technology and perform cost evaluations on existing technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a CMF or Mechanical Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics or related sectors involving molding, painting, printing, and plastic decoration.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Deep expertise in materials including plastics, metals, composites, and flexible technology.
• Experience in color/appearance management and finishing processes such as painting and IMD.
• Strong familiarity with ISO auditing and proactive supplier partnership management.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience managing suppliers in high-volume or small-batch manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Chinese.
