TL;DR

Technical Sales Specialist (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and adoption of hirify.global’s SDK and AI-native development environment with an accent on demonstrating technical feasibility, business value, and ROI to technical stakeholders. Focus on leading tailored demos, managing complex integration requirements, and collaborating with engineering and GTM teams to position hirify.global as a leader in AI-driven banking extensibility.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Austin, TX hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical seller for hirify.global Code and hirify.global Caliper SDK.
  • Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders to demonstrate business value and integration capabilities.
  • Lead tailored technical demos and proof-of-concepts to accelerate adoption.
  • Develop business and marketing plans to achieve assigned revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to establish subject matter expertise.
  • Analyze sales data and client opportunities to provide recommendations for business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • 5+ years of B2B or B2C relationship management experience.
  • Strong fluency in modern software development, SDLC, and AI-assisted coding workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, SDKs, Python, and terminal/bash environments.
  • Proven ability to build decision-maker relationships within matrixed environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience selling to managed relationship accounts.
  • Prior experience in banking or banking software.
