TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and scaling complex, high-visibility partnerships within the financial services sector with an accent on commercial negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and product adoption. Focus on driving incremental revenue, building repeatable GTM motions, and quarterbacking cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-site, 4 days per week)

Compensation: $221,000 - $235,000 (Total Compensation including base salary of $134,000 - $143,000)

What you will do

  • Own strategic account management for a complex, multi-brand financial services partnership.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Manage concurrent internal and external workstreams across product, solutions, operations, and GTM teams.
  • Lead structured account planning, including Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, and QBRs.
  • Drive commercial and negotiation workstreams to align on deal structures and success measures.
  • Support partner sales enablement through training, playbooks, and repeatable commercial motions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or consulting.
  • Background in payments, fintech, financial services, or ecommerce.
  • Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial fluency with experience in deal structuring and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
  • Must be able to work on-site in New York at least 4 days per week.
