What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, acting as a conduit between customers, sales teams, and factories.
• Handle order types, invoicing, JIRA requests, and daily pegging activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to monitor and improve data quality and governance standards.
• Develop and implement business processes for supply chain management and compliance tracking.
• Analyze sales data to identify root causes of issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Enhance internal business hirify.globalligence and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
• 3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation to invoicing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD).
• Advanced Excel expertise for large dataset analysis.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer foundry operations.
