What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the USA team to deliver and exceed year-on-year sales targets.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate the product portfolio to the design community.
- Analyze market conditions, competition, and client needs to create strategic sales plans and respond to opportunities.
- Capture and maintain project information in Salesforce and provide accurate, timely reports to the VP of Global Sales.
- Organize client events and training, attend trade/industry events, and travel frequently across the sales territory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the commercial interiors sector.
- Strong network of existing contacts in the core Texas region using A&D practices and regional dealers.
- Proven ability to create and execute a sales strategy that delivers results.
- Experience selling to the design community and influencing product selection.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, quotations, and aligning client needs to product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; ability to handle objections and work independently and in a team environment.
