What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic 12-24-month account plans for key OEM customers.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities by securing design-ins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering, procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and Product Management to align priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in OEM sales within power electronics or industrial industries.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven track record in design-in sales and managing long sales cycles.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 OEM customers.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Europe (~40% of the time).
