What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic 12-24-month account plans for key OEM customers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities by securing design-ins.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering, procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
- Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and Product Management to align priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in OEM sales within power electronics or industrial industries.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proven track record in design-in sales and managing long sales cycles.
- Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 OEM customers.
- Ability to travel regularly across Europe (~40% of the time).
