What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 high-impact major accounts across Germany and Switzerland.
• Drive ARR and NRR growth through structured upselling and cross-selling of multi-commodity offerings.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive account business plans to ensure revenue stability.
• Advise major accounts on transitioning commodity volumes onto the platform.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketplace management teams to align strategies and client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (C1+ level) required for business negotiations.
• Proven experience in senior account management, energy origination, or the energy trading/utilities sector.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate at the C-level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to design account structures from scratch.
• Data-driven approach to identifying commercial revenue opportunities.
