Account Executive Enterprise (SaaS): Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for the French market within the AI-Ready Governance Platform domain with an accent on value-based selling and C-level engagement. Focus on identifying stakeholders, executing sales strategies for zero-base accounts, and solving complex governance problems for enterprise clients.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Acquire new enterprise clients in zero-base accounts and drive revenue growth with existing customers.
  • Consistently generate and qualify a pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Channels, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts.
  • Conduct deep discovery and deliver value-based sales presentations and demos to articulate complex solutions.
  • Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory within the French market.
  • Establish long-term relationships with stakeholders to position hirify.global as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Proven track record of landing net-new logos and growing key accounts using Value Selling.
  • Experience communicating and negotiating effectively with C-Level Executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Must be based in Paris, France to support the office-first hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk management, or Compliance.
  • Experience selling directly into Information Security departments.
  • CIPP/E or CIPM certifications.
  • Training in Command of Message methodology.
