What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize profitability and service usage.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Manage key merchant relationships to ensure retention and partnership growth.
- Drive new business and store affiliations within the assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate sell-out activities and provide merchant training to improve service expertise.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English required.
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in Key Account Management within Retail, Luxury, or Hospitality.
- Strong consultative selling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to travel to various stores for merchant meetings and training.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for managing complex stakeholder relationships.
