What you will do
- Formulate and execute long-term account strategies for national centers, university hospitals, and regional core hospitals.
- Analyze clinical systems and patient flow to drive prescription penetration and institutional transformation.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) to promote scientific partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence to maximize business results.
- Support the optimization of hospital protocols and treatment pathways to improve patient care.
- Share best practices and sales insights to strengthen the overall performance of the sales department.
Requirements
- MR Certification required
- Valid standard driver's license required
- Minimum 5+ years of MR experience
- Experience working with university or major hospitals and new drug adoption
- Strong ability to build consensus with diverse healthcare professionals
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in the gastroenterology and anesthesiology fields
