What you will do

  • Partner with the Head of International and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end International People strategy to drive global market growth.
  • Embed a consistent, high-performance culture across international markets, providing leaders with necessary tools and support.
  • Ensure consistency in how talent is identified, developed, and retained across diverse regions.
  • Lead change management and structural transitions to ensure sustainability during rapid international expansion.
  • Act as the connective tissue between global International People strategy and local market execution.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner within hypergrowth and fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in core HR disciplines: performance management, org design, leadership development, and change management.
  • Experience supporting international or geographically distributed businesses.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy directly to business outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London campus (Hybrid).
