What you will do

• Collaborate with PeopleOps team members to address organizational challenges and enhance employee engagement.
• Guide employees and managers through HR processes, including onboarding and performance management.
• Coach new managers in leadership skills and employee relations.
• Execute key HR processes leveraging systems like Workday.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee agreements.
• Serve as a culture carrier, reinforcing company values.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience with broad HR generalist exposure.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success coaching managers and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
• University-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
