What you will do

• Analyze and manage Marine & Liability claims in accordance with company manuals.
• Develop and expand relationships with brokers and customers.
• Review coverage and coordinate with solicitors and experts to determine liability.
• Prioritize case urgency to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Underwriting, Sales, and Finance.
• Champion continuous improvement of end-to-end claims processes.

Requirements

• Legal right to live and work in Spain is mandatory.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in a Claims function within the insurance industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of the regional insurance market.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, profitable decisions.

Nice to have

• Additional knowledge of Italian.
