What you will do

• Support design and structuring of transactions, including term sheets and negotiations of final agreements.
• Manage internal approval processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Contribute to project sale processes, negotiating binding agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence for vendor-led and third-party projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related
• 5+ years experience in infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Availability to travel
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Knowledge of German.
