What you will do
- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries within the DACH region.
- Build and maintain an effective sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and BDR collaboration.
- Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to achieve business goals.
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close.
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value and build ROI models.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and represent Cognigy at industry trade fairs or events.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Enterprise Sales Executive successfully selling SaaS within Contact Center or Conversational AI environments.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning.
- Confidence in navigating sales cycles with all management levels, including SVP/C-Level.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and remote work discipline.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor.
- Fluent in German and English.
