Location: Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.

Salary: $94,000–$117,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Assist with primary research programs including questionnaire design, sampling, and data collection.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to prepare actionable research reports and dashboards.
• Support business lines with demand analysis and competitive positioning to identify industry trends.
• Collaborate with industry-leading research partners to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee strategic projects for the Corporate Affairs group, including scheduling and risk identification.
• Build rapport and credibility with internal stakeholders and business leaders.

Requirements

• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of market research experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in data visualization.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving business demands.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree in a business or quantitative subject (e.g., MBA).
• Completion of CSC, CAIP, CFA, CAIA, or CIM designations.
