Program Analyst (Financial Operations)

Location: Must be based in Winnipeg, MB (Onsite)

Compensation: $23.40–$40.55/hour (CAD)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day tracking of program activity, including invoices, payments, and supporting data.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers to monitor budgets, spend, forecasts, and key program metrics.
• Support month-end processes by pulling data, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues.
• Prepare documentation packages to support client billing and internal tracking.
• Work closely with Finance and Program teams to ensure data is complete, accurate, and coded correctly.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and suggest practical improvements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with data.
• Solid Excel skills including formulas, data organization, and basic analysis.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional work experience in data tracking, reporting, or operations.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Familiarity with SharePoint or project management systems.
• Experience in program coordination.
