Compensation: CAD $80,000 – $90,000 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to lead strategic initiatives from definition to execution.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and trade-offs through cross-functional influence.
• Own planning, intake, and review cadences to ensure structured progress and accountability.
• Optimize operational tools and workflows to reduce friction and increase delivery speed.
• Create concise reporting and executive-level narratives to support leadership decision-making.
• Define and track operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or project management.
• Proven track record of working within a product or engineering organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments with minimal structure.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Computer Science.
