Salary: $46,000–$56,000 CAD/yr

What you will do

• Design, manage, and analyze research projects to deliver actionable insights.
• Visualize research findings using proprietary dashboards, crosstabulations, and PowerPoint.
• Partner with Sales to support client acquisition, retention, and account leadership.
• Present final deliverables and research findings directly to clients.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee project deliverables and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• Minimum 1 year of market research experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong background in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for research tasks.

• Experience with SPSS software.
