What you will do

• Support executives and senior leaders through governance routines, leadership reporting, workforce management, and operational coordination.
• Develop business health views, forecasts, reporting cadences, and performance insights across multiple business or functional areas.
• Track priorities, objectives, risks, dependencies, capacity, changes, and corrective actions to support measurable outcomes.
• Communicate operational priorities and business health updates to stakeholders, align expectations, and promote accountability.
• Implement approved actions and workarounds for operational risks, performance issues, and business health concerns.
• Maintain internal controls and support timely implementation of audit and regulatory findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of proven project management experience, or at least eight years of combined higher education and work experience including four years of project management.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, workforce, business operations, or executive coordination is relevant to the role.
• Work location: Buffalo, New York, United States of America.
