Project Management Leader

Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, United States; onsite position

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple electronic service tool integration projects with varying scope and timelines.
• Define project scope, schedules, costs, validation requirements, and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and commitments to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate plans and deliverables with third-party electronic service tool suppliers.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans through project reviews and updates.
• Drive action-item closure and coordinate issue resolution with technical leads, program leaders, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong planning, organization, follow-up, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and firm schedules.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, suppliers, and program stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Technical aptitude and experience communicating technical details.
• Experience supporting product development process programs.
• PMP certification.
