Project Manager (IP Surveillance)

What you will do

• Coordinate project components and cross-functional activities to prepare customer sites for installation.
• Create customer accounts in project management software and maintain installation documentation in company databases.
• Balance logistics, schedules, costs, and quality objectives across installation projects.
• Interpret layouts and contract documentation to determine material requirements and installation objectives.
• Communicate project updates to customers and internal departments while managing expectations.
• Assign and manage subcontractor installation crews, including negotiations and scheduling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience in a time-sensitive, demanding role.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software such as Sedona.
• Innovative mindset and interest in technology, particularly IP surveillance systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and make decisions under pressure.
