Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Baltimore, Maryland, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $73,000–$83,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Collect, organize, and interpret project requirements, scopes, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, task delegation, risk assessment, issue resolution, and status communication.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, billing, and deviations from approved budgets.
• Coordinate creative design, technology design, production management, client management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve workflow management, reporting tools, processes, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience; agency experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative processes, concept development, design, and project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, digital asset management systems, and creative review tools.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to understand mathematical concepts related to profit margins, cost structures, billing, and invoicing.

Nice to have

• Experience in creative operations or creative project management.
• Print production experience and knowledge of print production terminology.
• Experience with website design and website platforms.
