• Oversee internal engagement efforts and manage culture-related activities for global offices.
• Mentor and lead a team of marketing and communications professionals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to establish thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Chiswick office at least 3 days per week.
• 10+ years of experience in communications and brand marketing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience within the gaming or related industry.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
