• Deliver employee engagement campaigns, company updates, and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate internal events, town halls, and employee-focused activities.
• Maintain communication calendars and support organisation-wide messaging programmes.

Requirements

• Previous experience within internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing digital communication platforms, ideally SharePoint or similar intranet systems.
• Strong PowerPoint and content creation capabilities with an eye for visual presentation.
• Must be based in London to support hybrid working (3 days in office).
