Project Manager (Finance)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid, 4 days a week in office)

Salary: $70,400 – $155,430 USD (depending on geographic market)

What you will do

• Drive alignment and coordination across prioritized finance initiatives.
• Partner with functional leaders to ensure core team resources are assigned and performing effectively.
• Lead program planning processes, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business needs.
• Guide cross-functional teams through problem resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead change management efforts, including impact analysis, communication strategies, and UAT.
• Communicate program updates to functional management and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash and Core Finance processes.
• Familiarity with CPQ and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in business process improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to work from the Sunnyvale HQ 4 days a week.
