What you will do

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Project Managers across all delivery functions.
• Establish and enforce standardized project governance and project management methodologies to improve delivery transparency.
• Own the selection and optimization of project management tooling as the single source of truth for delivery data.
• Develop capacity planning models to align project demand with available delivery resources.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
• Provide leadership with data-driven visibility into portfolio health, resource utilization, and operational risks.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in project or program management within a SaaS environment.
• 3–5 years of experience leading project management teams or PMO functions.
• Proven record of managing complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations.
• Experience in payments or insurance industries (insurance implementation experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale PMO capabilities in a high-growth environment.
• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Nice to have

• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Rocketlane or SmartSheet.
• Familiarity with APIs, data exchange, and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of payments ecosystems or billing platforms.
