What you will do

• Design and build integrations between core business systems including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and ATS.
• Implement API-based integrations, webhooks, and event-driven workflows to ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop and maintain automated JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) lifecycle workflows across the application estate.
• Define integration patterns, standards, and architectural decision records to minimize technical debt.
• Ensure data consistency and quality through validation rules and master data management.
• Support audit and compliance requirements including SOX, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SAML, and SCIM provisioning.
• Proficiency in at least one integration platform (e.g., Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft) or custom API development.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Ability to read and write SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and IAM integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data integration platforms.
• Background in solutions or enterprise architecture for internal systems.
• Knowledge of SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or recently public companies.
• Exposure to M&A integration and application landscape consolidation.
