TL;DR
Systems Integration Engineer (AI): Designing and maintaining the connective tissue between core business systems for a rapidly scaling GPU cloud provider with an accent on API-based integrations, automation workflows, and data consistency. Focus on building robust JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) automation, ensuring SOX/SOC 2 compliance, and architecting scalable data flows across the enterprise.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS, ITSM, project management, finance, and procurement systems.
- Implement API integrations, webhooks, scheduled synchronizations, event-driven workflows, data transformations, validation rules, error handling, and monitoring.
- Use Palantir Foundry as the primary integration platform and evaluate integration tools, SaaS connectors, authentication methods, and API capabilities.
- Design Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation covering recruitment, HRIS updates, identity provisioning, access reviews, device management, and deprovisioning.
- Maintain data quality and governance by resolving synchronization issues, duplicate records, mapping errors, and ownership gaps.
- Support production integrations, compliance audits, M&A system consolidation, dashboards, alerting, runbooks, and Level 2/3 troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, SCIM provisioning, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data transformation.
- Experience with an integration platform such as Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or Make, or with custom API development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar scripting or programming language, plus the ability to read and write SQL.
- Experience integrating business systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, BambooHR, Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with IAM integrations and strong troubleshooting skills involving API logs, HTTP requests, and JSON payloads.
Nice to have
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or JML automation.
- Knowledge of SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, data governance, master data management, or data quality frameworks.
- Experience with high-growth technology companies, M&A integration, or CI/CD for integration pipelines.
