Enterprise Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead solution design and execution for onboarding new clients to the hirify.global platform.
• Act as an implementation architect for significant and complex projects.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects and support client satisfaction.
• Lead multiple implementation projects, prioritizing work and context-switching effectively.
• Improve implementation processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Engage with clients proactively and consultatively to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Experience researching, designing, and implementing solutions for complex problems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python.
• Project management experience.
