What you will do

• Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and office layout.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation preparation.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and logistics.
• Monitor office budgets, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Selangor corporate office.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Manager role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a corporate environment.
