What you will do

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare memos, reports, speeches, and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between executives, managers, employees, and external parties.
• Handle confidential information and maintain the security of executive records.
• Monitor and approve standard office expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
• Plan and organize workloads, including meeting coordination and distribution of minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to senior management.
• Good English communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia.
