What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for various utility programs
• Assist customers with enrollment, visit scheduling, and program education
• Provide technical support and status updates via phone, chat, and email
• Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while following support scripts
• Maintain personal performance goals and service satisfaction metrics

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• High School Diploma or GED
• Dedicated home office space with hardwired internet (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download)
• Ability to adhere to a strict schedule with set breaks
