TL;DR

Customer Service Advisor (Energy): Providing support and managing queries for district heating customers with an accent on problem-solving and communication. Focus on resolving complex customer cases and improving internal processes to enhance the customer experience.

Location: Must be based in Nottingham, GB. Fully office-based for the first 3-6 months of training, followed by a hybrid option (2 days WFH).

Salary: £25,007 - £30,301

What you will do

  • Support customers utilizing district heating networks across the UK.
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels effectively.
  • Manage and organize own workload to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Transform complex queries into positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to remain calm and adaptable while working under pressure.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and a complex workload independently.
  • Must be able to work from the Nottingham office full-time for the first 3-6 months.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Junifer.
  • Experience or knowledge of District heating.
  • Working knowledge of AWS.
