What you will do

• Execute the Empowering Safer Play (ESP) strategy and leadership ambitions across all business units.
• Translate group policies into actionable, business-specific plans for product, technology, and marketing teams.
• Provide expert advice on game mechanics, features, and player communications to ensure compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and the implementation of safer play technology roadmaps.
• Build and manage relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and research organizations.
• Represent the company in external forums and support internal reporting on ESP metrics and disclosures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supervised, high-compliance business environments, ideally in online Real Money Gaming.
• Proven expertise in Responsible Gaming, player protection, compliance, or sustainability.
• Strong program or project management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a global environment with flexibility regarding time zones.
• Must be able to work from the central London office 3 days a week.
