What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple software development squads to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define clear objectives, metrics, and expectations for team performance.
• Troubleshoot technical impediments and drive process improvements.
• Translate complex system requirements into manageable and measurable tasks.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to foster team growth and collaboration.
• Ensure software maintainability, security, and performance across all products.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Mitikah, Mexico City
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Combined 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer and Lead.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks including .NET Core, C#, React, and cloud solutions like Azure.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the SaaS industry.
• Deep knowledge of performance engineering and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with middleware technologies like RabbitMQ, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
