Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office required).

What you will do
- Drive asset gathering and expand ETF business across Latin America and US Offshore regions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with institutional, wholesale, and retail clients.
- Communicate investment philosophy and ETF capabilities through presentations and market analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing distribution partnerships.
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and marketing intelligence efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, and global Head Office departments.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in ETFs, ETPs, or the broader asset management industry.
- Demonstrated experience covering Latin America and/or US Offshore markets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments.
- Strong business planning, budgeting, and commercial awareness skills.
- Ability to travel as required within the coverage region.
