What you will do
- Develop and implement channel-driven growth strategies and account plans for key enterprise accounts.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Field Marketing, and pre-sales engineers.
- Manage complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement and business teams in large enterprises.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business goals into effective GTM plans.
- Drive annual regional growth expectations of 30%+ YoY.
- Define migration plans and build business cases for mission-critical software applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions.
- 3+ years of experience managing remote sales teams in Spain and Italy.
- Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in Italian are essential.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of mobility concepts (COPE, BYOD, IoT) and the Southern European partner ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
