What you will do

  • Develop and implement channel-driven growth strategies and account plans for key enterprise accounts.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Field Marketing, and pre-sales engineers.
  • Manage complex commercial and legal negotiations with procurement and business teams in large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business goals into effective GTM plans.
  • Drive annual regional growth expectations of 30%+ YoY.
  • Define migration plans and build business cases for mission-critical software applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing remote sales teams in Spain and Italy.
  • Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in Italian are essential.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Deep understanding of mobility concepts (COPE, BYOD, IoT) and the Southern European partner ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
