What you will do

  • Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of new enterprise clients in the life sciences sector.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with C-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and innovation priorities.
  • Shape tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of AI-native solutions for R&D and operational optimization.
  • Mentor and develop junior business development and client engagement professionals.
  • Drive collaboration across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to maximize market presence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on AI and data analytics trends.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition within complex, regulated industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Valencia, Munich, or Zurich.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German or French.
