TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AdTech): Partnering with leading brands and agencies to implement and optimize ad tech solutions with an accent on data onboarding, identity resolution, and platform configuration. Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Little Rock.

Salary: $100,000–$140,500

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption of ad tech solutions for brands and agencies.
  • Design and execute strategic implementation plans for data onboarding and audience activation.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide scalable technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal product, engineering, and privacy teams.
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials for customers.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product roadmap development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Little Rock.
  • Strong understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ID graphs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, file-based integrations, and data transformation processes.
  • Competency in SQL and data analytics tools for troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
