TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day technical health, stability, and SLA adherence of assigned client environments.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues and manage Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
  • Define and lead client UAT strategy, execution, and sign-off.
  • Coordinate testing activities across DataOps, QA, Engineering, and client teams.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison and voice of the customer for internal product teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of support and delivery playbooks through standardization and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex healthcare, SaaS, or data-driven platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and root cause analysis in cloud environments.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating UAT or QA efforts.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Ability to travel 5–10% to client locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, Patient Access API).
  • Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with healthcare payer or Medicaid data sets.
