What you will do

• Provide dedicated coverage of client accounts to support their specific needs and objectives.
• Handle ongoing client support, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of a wide variety of inquiries.
• Assist high-profile fund managers with the subscription process and the management of fund closings.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance and optimize the proprietary platform's user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-6+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
• Ability to manage phone queues during EST operating hours (8:30 am – 6:00 pm).
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
