Investor Relations - Associate

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office-based Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday. Operating hours are 8:30 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Provide dedicated coverage for client accounts in partnership with internal relationship managers.
• Answer client questions accurately and support overall client satisfaction.
• Assist fund managers with fundraising, client subscriptions, and fund closings.
• Support investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel using the investment platform.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve the proprietary platform and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–6+ years of experience in financial services.
• Experience in client service or investor relations for alternative investments is preferred.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Ability to manage the phone queue during 8:30 AM–6:00 PM EST operating hours.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
