Location: Hybrid role based at the corporate office in Tokyo

What you will do

  • Develop and manage field marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and global account-based marketing teams to align programs with sales priorities.
  • Source and manage local vendors for program execution such as direct mail, telemarketing, and lead generation.
  • Track campaign metrics and report overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, quality, resources, and budgets for regional marketing activities.
  • Oversee sales tools and collateral needs including translations and presentations.

Requirements

  • Native level Japanese (writing, reading, speaking) is a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology marketing or 5+ years in business development/sales supporting marketing.
  • Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation technologies, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Tokyo office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the B2B industry.
  • Direct experience in marketing or sales campaign management.
  • Interest in technology and digital/social channel growth strategies.
