What you will do
- Develop and manage field marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and global account-based marketing teams to align programs with sales priorities.
- Source and manage local vendors for program execution such as direct mail, telemarketing, and lead generation.
- Track campaign metrics and report overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, quality, resources, and budgets for regional marketing activities.
- Oversee sales tools and collateral needs including translations and presentations.
Requirements
- Native level Japanese (writing, reading, speaking) is a must.
- Fluency in English.
- 8+ years of experience in technology marketing or 5+ years in business development/sales supporting marketing.
- Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue.
- Proficiency with marketing automation technologies, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Tokyo office in a hybrid capacity.
