What you will do

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local sales objectives.
  • Drive multi-touch digital marketing campaigns across the buyer journey to acquire and convert leads.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in collaboration with local and global sales teams.
  • Localize global content and campaigns, ensuring cultural adaptation for the Japanese market.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline performance using CRM and marketing analytics tools.
  • Support product launches, thought leadership programs, and customer retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in international or matrixed organizations.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is required for stakeholder communication.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies and managing end-to-end programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing automation and performance metrics.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with sales and product leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in healthcare, health IT, or technology marketing.
