What you will do
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local sales objectives.
- Drive multi-touch digital marketing campaigns across the buyer journey to acquire and convert leads.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in collaboration with local and global sales teams.
- Localize global content and campaigns, ensuring cultural adaptation for the Japanese market.
- Monitor and report on pipeline performance using CRM and marketing analytics tools.
- Support product launches, thought leadership programs, and customer retention initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in international or matrixed organizations.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required for stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies and managing end-to-end programs.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing automation and performance metrics.
- Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with sales and product leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
