What you will do

• Create and deliver in-person events, webinars, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Track and report campaign performance using Salesforce and other marketing tools.
• Conduct competitive research and generate market insights for the Japan region.
• Manage the localization of global campaign assets and web content for the Japanese market.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders to drive brand awareness and revenue.
• Work with key partners to execute joint marketing activities and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Japanese: C1+ proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) required.
• English: Professional proficiency required for global team communication.
• Proven experience in a B2B technology marketing role, ideally within embedded software.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, funnel metrics, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience coordinating marketing events, webinars, and cross-functional projects.
• Basic data analysis skills and comfort working with CRM dashboards.
