What you will do

• Plan and execute field marketing programs, including events, webinars, content syndication, and digital campaigns.
• Lead and manage the Field Marketing team within the Japan marketing organization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner functions to drive pipeline creation and progression.
• Manage vendors and business partners within established budgets and timelines.
• Analyze data and insights to enhance lead lifecycle management and optimize lead gen tactics.
• Handle logistics and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within Enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager in B2B Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with offline events and web promotions in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
• Native level Japanese and Business level English (written/verbal).
• Must be able to operate within the Japan marketing organization.

Nice to have

• Project management experience specifically for flagship events.
• Experience in Partner Marketing.
